High Speed Camera Test

Quick testing video to check the slowmotion mode of our new Camera system, the Sony NEX FS 700, by juggling 5 balls.

Installing a „Wireless“ Presentation LED Monitor in Our Office

We wanted to use a LED FLat Screen monitor as a presentation- and conference monitor, installed directly into the wall without any cables visible. First we cut a rectangular notch into the wall, installed a cable channel and then mounted the monitor via velcro fastener.

It can now be controlled from a small drawer underneath the table with tablets and laptops.

This is what it looked like before.

Breakdown „Cardboard City“

In this short breakdown clip you can see the animation process of the establishing-shot from our new animation short film „Migration – Menschen am Markt“ for the NGO weltumspannend arbeiten. The miniature set made of cardboard has been captured with a vertical crane, the movement is 3D tracked and a set extension/matte painting is applied. Several additional digital objects complete the scenery.

Shootings for Animation Film Project

For these studio shootings, our task was to capture the „extras“ for the Migration-Animation film. Several people (and a dog) were shot in front of a green screen environment to later extract and merge them as black and white coloured pedestrians, who should fill up our cardboard-set and create a crowded scenery in which the protagonists, which are animated, will appear.

The second thing was to shoot the eye region of our main characters, which were then later integrated into the painted and animated figures.
